Android Phones with Wireless Charging

You can charge your phone or tablet with any Qi charger if it has the Qi symbol on it. Unlike charging cables, this doesn't require different cables, chargers, or adapters when you want to charge a phone or tablet. Technology keeps getting better, which means that the need for wireless power solutions that are both seamless and universal is growing, both in the smartphone world and beyond.

There are now a lot of mobile devices that can be charged wirelessly. This has made wireless charging a standard feature on a lot of cars and other vehicles that are already on the road. Qi wireless charging is also built into most smartphones and other small personal devices, such as headphones, smartwatches, or even personal medical devices that don't need to be invasive.

Some people are surprised to learn that wireless charging has been used in phones for a long time before Apple announced it in September 2017. However, the first commercial wireless charger for the Droid Chargeback was made by Samsung in 2011 and it worked. In 2013, Samsung also made a cover and mat for the Galaxy S4 that you could put on.

Is wireless charging already a part of your life? Find out if your smartphone can be charged wirelessly by looking at the list below.

A new "wireless charging era" began in 2015, when Samsung said it was the start of something new. If you want to charge your phone wirelessly, you can use the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge, which was the first to come with this option.

It's safe to say that all of the most popular cell phones on the market have wireless charging built-in, making it the standard way to get power.
